Postavili ste ciljeve i znate kamo želite stići! Ali, gdje se trenutno nalazite? Prije nego što zaista krenete, treba vam objektivna procjena Vašeg trenutnog položaja. Za procjenu vašeg trenutnog stanja (eng. „AS IS“) nudimo vam slijedeće „gotove“ procjene:

  • ITIL / ITSM Assessment (bazirano na ICMM-u, ITIL-u) – procjena pojednih procesa ili kompletnog ITSM u Vašoj organizaciji
  • ISO 20000 (BS 15000) Assessment (bazirano na ISO 20000 Standardu) – procjena ITSM-a u odnosu na ISO 20000 standard
  • Service Desk Institute Assessment (bazirano na standardima Service Desk Institute-a) – specijalizirana procjena za IT Support organizacije, Help Deska / Sevice Deska
  • Gap-analiza prilagođena Vašim potrebama

Na kraju ove faze imat ćete Procjenu stanja (eng. Assessment) koja otkriva vaše jake strane i vaše slabosti, te prepoznaje i preporuča poboljšanja koja će polučiti najveći efekt. U odnosu na postavljene ciljeve, u slijedećoj fazi planiranja, izradit će se konkretan plan uspostave rješenja.
