AgileSHIFT is a new framework created by AXELOS Limited. It is designed to enable ‘enterprise agility’, which refers to an organization’s ability to make beneficial changes quickly and efficiently. Common changes include incorporating new technology, entering new markets, responding to competitor activity or even preparing for developments like GDPR.

This AgileSHIFT training course  (including a FREE exam voucher) is designed to give students a clear understanding of the framework. They will learn how to recognize opportunities for change, as well as how to interact with other business functions in order to support transformation. They will also learn the value of embracing an agile approach, which can leave companies far better able to adapt at short notice.

What makes AgileSHIFT unique is its focus on upskilling entire organizations rather than individuals or isolated teams. The value of transformational change is taught to virtually all departments, including Finance, HR, Operations, Sales, Marketing and Legal. This approach can help to create a culture of enterprise agility, where holistic support enables transformation projects to proceed as efficiently as possible.

This AgileSHIFT course is designed to fully illustrate when, why and how transformational change takes place in an organization. Students will be taught how they can enable enterprise agility by embracing agile and lean. Most importantly, students will learn the importance of interdepartmental collaboration for supporting changes. By creating a permanent workplace-wide culture of agility, they can equip their business to adapt quickly whenever an opportunity appears.

In order to sit the AgileSHIFT Certification exam, AXELOS requires students to attend a training course delivered by an accredited training provider. Not only is this course fully accredited, but students can enjoy highly-engaging content, as well as practice exam questions and even expert tutor support to help them cement what they learn.

Not only does Good e-Learning provide engaging online training materials, but we also make our courses mobile-accessible and provide a FREE exam voucher for when students are ready to sit their AgileSHIFT Certification examinations.
