ITIL v3 Foundation
The Foundation level is the entry level qualification which offers you a general awareness of the key elements, concepts and terminology used in the ITIL® service lifecycle.
ITIL v3 Foundation certificate is a pre-requisite for all other modules in ITIL certification scheme.

ITIL v3 Expert – Managing across the lifecycle
The credits earned through this system can be used towards the ITIL Expert level of certification, for which candidates must have earned a required number of credits (22) from a selection of certifications ( for the credit system see ITIL 3 Qualification Scheme).
