ITIL v3 – Edukacija i certifikacija

IT Infrastructure Library (ITIL ®) je zbirka dobrih praksi IT Service Management-a koja nudi preporuke za procese upravljanja životnim ciklusom usluge. Edukacija ljudi je ključni element “ITIL pristupa”, a međunarodno priznat sustav certifikacije pojedinaca je podržan strogo propisanim seminarima i ispitima.

Sve edukacijske cjeline iz ITIL v3 Certifikacijske sheme opcionalno završavaju certifikacijskim ispitom, nakon kojeg nezavisno certifikacijsko tijelo (npr. EXIN ili ISEB) dodjeljuje odgovarajući međunarodno priznati certifikat.

ITIL certifikacijska shema

ITIL certifikacijska shema ima više stupnjeva; od početnog Foundation-a, preko Intermediate modula pa sve do ITIL Expera i Mastera. ITIL Foundation je preduvjet za sve ostale module i u okviru seminara je detaljno razjašnjen certifikacijski model.
